Celebrate on the Beach
Mini Reception includes 10 x 15 tent and up to two tables with white table cloths. PLUS 1/2 hour of extended wedding photography. Ideal for cake cutting, celebratory toasts, and finger foods on the beach. Table & tent decor are included to match your wedding theme, at the discretion of Sun and Sea staff. A small wedding cake and bottled water for up to 30 will be provided with plates and utensils. Additional food and Beverages are provided by the couple or added A la Carte. With this option, we will be with you on the beach for a full 1.5 hours as you enjoy your ceremony and mini reception. For a sunset ceremony, your event will start earlier to accommodate a full 1.5 hours on the beach. This reception package is meant for a standing reception on the beach. For a larger or more formal tented reception package, please give us a call.

Reception Components
Extended Photography 1/2 Hour
- Ideal for capturing the cutting of the cake, first dance, and a celebratory toast.
- All edited digital images will be included with ceremony photography package with copy-right release.
Tent 10x15 with Decorations
- Tent is utilized to cover food, cake, and beverage.
- Decorations are set to match wedding theme by the design team of Sun and Sea Beach Weddings.
Tables and Linens
- Your choice of either two 6 ft rectangular or 60 inch round tables.
- White Linens provided.
2-Tier Wedding Cake
- Wedding Cake from local bakery provided to feed up to 30.
- Utensils, plates, and napkins provided.
Match the above reception package with a ceremony package that includes our Wooden 4-Post Arbor. Add a hanging chandelier to match the decorative theme to give that extra touch to your special day. A wooden beach worn sweet heart table can also be requested for an additional fee.
