2 Night Rental of the Property

The Local – St. Augustine is a 20-room boutique digital motel in the heart of the Ancient City. Utilizing the Virdee App, you can experience a completely contactless process by checking in with the tap of a button and receiving a digital key to your room.

We are located within walking distance to the Bridge of Lions for easy access to our historic downtown St. Augustine, across the street from the Salt Run, a mile from the St. Augustine Amphitheater, and a bike ride away from St. Augustine Beach! With only 20 rooms, we provide guests a feeling of home after a day of exploring the nation’s oldest city. Each room includes a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, cable TV, clothing steamer, noise machine, and comfortable beds.

Additional amenities include our Florida Room with complimentary coffee & tea services, a relaxing pool, onsite bike rentals through Drifters Bike Rentals, and complimentary access to Anastasia Fitness for full-service gym amenities.

The 20 Rooms must be booked by guests – Two Night Min

$237.50 Room Rate per night – March, June, July

$187.50 Room Rate per night – Feb, April, May

$137.50 Room Rate per night – Jan, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov

In Addition to the $1500 deposit required to book the wedding package. The Hotel will require a $2500 deposit from the couple. That $2500 will be deducted from this package price. For example your invoice from us will be $7000 and the invoice from the hotel will be $2500.
