We cover North Florida Beaches

St. Augustine is the oldest city in the nation and is full of historic landmarks, beautiful beaches, and cozy bed and breakfasts.  You just can not beat St. Augustine as an all around fit for a destination wedding.  The activities and culture provide a robust experience for both our couples and their guests.  Making it our top spot for a Florida Beach Wedding.  The greater St. Augustine area also includes Vilano Beach, Crescent Beach, River to Sea Preserve, Washington Oaks State Park, and Guana State Park.

Jacksonville was founded by President Andrew Jackson and is the largest city in the nation in regards to land.  Jacksonville has multiple beach areas such as Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, and Neptune Beach.  Little Talbot Island is also a popular park in the Jacksonville area.  Other popular beach areas we travel to are Palm Coast, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, and Amelia Island.

When is the best time to travel?

With Southern Georgia and North East Florida’s mild winters, every month is an option for a beach ceremony.  Many couples think that the winter is not the best time for an outdoor wedding, but in fact here in Florida it can be absolutely perfect.  Sunset times in the winter are much earlier and work out much easier for dinner or reception flow.  Outside of beach season also gives you better rates on hotels and less competition for venues.  Fall is very active with October being one of our busiest months of the year. All of October and the first two weeks of November are prime wedding times. Give Sun and Sea Beach Weddings a call and we can help determine the best Florida Beach Wedding Venue for you!
